Amanda was very helpful. This was my first bird purchase, so I was a little nervous about taking care of my new pet.  Amanda helped me select the right size cage, stand and toys. She always answered my questions quickly and politely.  Amanda also bird sits, so i would feel totally confident to leave my previous Trixie with her anytime. Trixie is a great bird and she is spoiled!!

Considering the ice storm we had in Kentucky at the time, I think it went extremely well. The flight that Louie was suppose to be on was cancelled from Atlanta to Lexington. But after calling Amanda, she called me right back and found that Louie was on the next plane to arrive at 8:37p.m. that evening. Later on that evening after I got home with Louie, Amanda called to see if everything was O.K. Everything went well obtaining the baby Hyacinth. She was in good condition and seemed well adjusted to living with her humans. It was obvious Amanda spent quality time with her while being raised.  Amanda understands the importance of socialization and interaction with the birds and makes every effort to keep her facility clean and healthy.  We could not be more pleased with the entire experience.  I would reccommend Amanda's services to anyone that asked.

We are thrilled with our baby!  She is healthy, loves to cuddle, and is well-adjusted.  Amanda did a great job with the hand feeding and when it was time to come home, we received verbal instruction and detailed written instructions to follow at home.  Skittles adapted to her new home very quickly!

Amanda is a terrific seller, and keeps in touch with pictures and info. during the weaning stage.  i purchased several toys from her which Yachta loves. The cage I bought from Amanda is great. Nice and large with feed dishes that Yachta cannot remove or dump over.  She is very happy in it.  If I ever get a second parrot, I would not buy from anyone but Amanda. Shipping was easy, just picked her up from my local airport. She was happy and not stressed.

Price is affordable, communication was great. It seems that she really cares about her babies. She helped us choose perches and toys. We bought a cage and play stand from her as well.  And anytime I had questions (and I had them a lot, because I never have had a parrot before) I could call her or email her and she was very helpful all the time. And finally, we are buying one more baby in a week! WOW! Another Congo African Grey, named Skippy.
I will highly recommend buying a bird from Amanda.  Her babies are very healthy, playful, clean and beautiful. Amanda makes sure the baby as well as new owner are ready before the baby goes home.

The sale of my two birds went great, that's why I bought two of them! Shipping went great as well. I also purchased a bird cage and some toys. I must say I was hesitant about buying a bird from someone who lives so far, but everything went great. She sent me pictures, and emails about how the birds were doing.  It was done very professionally and I would do business with her again. I named the African Grey after Amanda.

I had my baby shipped and the process went great, went down to my airport and there my baby was! The parrot came as described.  The transaction process went smoothly.  Amanda was acknowledgeable and answered bird-related questions even weeks after the bird arrived. I got my baby shipped and went down to the Seattle Delta Cargo area, signed for her and drove away, it's that simple! The communication was awesome, I always got an email back right away.  The baby is very healthy and well behaved. She is a good girl and has adapted very well to the chaos of my house.  I think that is because they are socialized so well from the moment they are hatched. All the toys I received are awesome, and they are the toys she played with as a baby so she had familiar things when she came here. Thank you!

We are so impressed with the professionalism that Amanda has shown our family now for a 2nd time. This is why we came back and bought another parrot from her, a Blue and Gold. He came off the plane friendly well fed and hand tame. I have a 7 year old and an 11 year old and this beautiful bird allowed us all to scratch his head 1 hour after he got off the plane. Anyone that has any doubts about this company or Amanda email me or call me. Amanda is the bomb, and we love Coco.
